How much does it cost to work with Greener Grass Real Estate?
That depends. If you’re a buyer, it will cost you nothing. We generally seek payment from the seller or the listing firm. If you’re a seller, it will depend on your goals and the condition/location of the home. We would first have to see what it would cost us to sell your home, then we can give you a quote.
If I find a home that is not listed by you, can you still show it to me?
Yes. Greener Grass Real Estate is able to show you ANY home, new construction or resale, no matter who the listing broker is.
Buyers and Sellers: Where do I begin?
Buyers: contact a lender and get pre-qualified before looking at any homes. Get Pre-qualified, Click Here Sellers: if you plan on purchasing a new home after the sale of your property, contact a lender first to make sure it’s possible.
